SW Reputation Management: How to Send Single & Multiple Review Requests

It’s quick and easy to send one or multiple review requests to your customers.

Your technicians can send a review request to a customer right after a call, or your office staff can send multiple review requests to customers daily or weekly.

1. Navigate to New Upload

#1: Log in to your ServicersWeb Client Portal.
#2: Go
 to Reputation Management > New Upload
Find this on the left hand side menu.

To Send a Single Review Request

2. Enter Customer Info

Use the form on the left titled “Send Review Invite.” You’ll enter the customer’s NAME, EMAIL, PHONE.
LOCATION and SCHEDULE are optional.

3. Send Invite

Click the purple “Send Review Invite” button.
The “Reset” button clears the form fields.

To Send Review Requests in Bulk

1. Download Bulk Contacts File

Click the “Bulk CSV Template” button on the top right corner of the “Send Bulk Request” section.
This will download the bulk spreadsheet.

2. Fill Out Spreadsheet

Enter the customers’ information accordingly.
You’ll need to enter their NAME, EMAIL, and/or PHONE.
Enter the LOCATION ID if you have multiple locations. (You can find this ID number in the Locations tab in the menu on the left.)

3. Save Spreadsheet & Upload

Save the spreadsheet and then upload it in the SW Portal.
Click the “Choose File” button to upload the spreadsheet.

4. Send/Schedule Requests

Click the purple “Send Now” button if you’d like the requests to be sent immediately.
To schedule the requests for a later date, choose a day from the date picker, then click the blue “Schedule” button.
