How to Use the Review Feed

The Review Feed makes managing reviews fast and simple.

Use the Review Feed to read and respond to customer reviews across multiple review sites from one place. You can view your reviews from sites including:

  • Google
  • Yelp
  • Facebook

The individual review boxes on the Review Feed reflect the following information:

  • Review Site
  • Star Rating
  • Reviewer Name
  • Review Date
  • Review Copy

Use the table of contents to quickly scroll to specific sections of this article.

1. Navigate to the Review Feed Tab

Log in to your ServicersWeb Client Portal and navigate to the Reputation Management > Review Feed tab on the left side menu.

2. Browse Reviews

You can read reviews from multiple review sites from the Review Feed screen. Scroll down to read all your reviews.

3. Reply to Reviews

You can reply to customer reviews directly from the Review Feed screen as well. (Follow these best practices when replying to customer reviews.)

  1. Click the blue ‘Reply’ button beside the review you’d like to respond to.
  2. Draft your review in the text box (don’t forget to proof read!) and click the blue ‘Submit’ button.
  3. Click the blue ‘Update Reply’ button to edit an existing response.

4. View Review Location

If you have multiple Google maps, you can see what location each review was posted to in the top right corner of the individual review box.
