How to Create & Manage Review Leader Board
Monitor which of your employees are bringing in the most positive reviews.
Step #1 – Click On the Reports Tab
Log in to BirdEye, and from the main dashboard, click on the Reports tab on the lefthand side of your screen.
Step #2 – Select the Leaderboard
From the Reports page, use your mouse to hover over the “Review reports” tab at the top of the page. A drop-down menu will appear where you can select the Leaderboard option.
Step #3 – View the Leaderboard by Location
The Leaderboard page will show you each employee’s reviews requested, reviews received, and their overall rating.
If your business has multiple locations, you can choose which group of employees to see by selecting the correct Location in the drop-down menu to the right of your screen.
Step #4 – Sort Your Results
Each column in the Leaderboard allows you to sort it or put it in reverse order by clicking on the triangle next to each section heading.
Step #5 – View Data in a Table
If you prefer to view your employee Leaderboard data in a table format, click on the “Table” tab near the top of the page.
In the Table view, you can hover each section sub-heading to see more information.
