Add Labels to Your Personal Menu
Find labeled conversations faster.
You can now add labels to your personal menu. This allows you to quickly find conversations that are organized by label.
It’s similar to the way you organize emails by label or folder. Here’s what that looks like:
1. How to Add Labels to Your Menu #
#1: Log in to your ServicersWeb Client Portal and navigate to the Launch Portal tab.
#2. Go to Settings > Labels.
#3. Toggle the labels you’d like to see in your menu ‘ON’.
#4. Each user can assign their own set of labels to their personal menu.
